These terms describe website estimates, product selection, pricing references, installation scope, and excluded work.
Estimate requests
A website submission is a request for review, not a binding quote, scheduled appointment, or acceptance of a proposed product or placement. Justice confirms approved scope and pricing before work.
Justice-supplied products
Customers choose style, finish, product level, support area, and configuration preferences. Justice chooses the exact approved grab bar, size, mounting hardware, and installation method. Estimates include the product, approved mounting hardware, and professional installation.
Availability and mounting review
Representative families do not promise stocked inventory. Final availability depends on the approved product, wall construction, substrate, manufacturer instructions, mounting conditions, and ordering availability. Justice may reject a product or placement when those conditions do not permit safe installation.
Pricing and deposits
Published prices are provisional references. A specialty item can require a deposit disclosed before ordering. This website does not state an automatic deposit amount or percentage.
Excluded scope
Justice does not install or provide customer-supplied grab bars, suction-cup handles, adhesive or peel-and-stick assist handles, unrated or unsupported products, transfer poles, shower seats, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, freestanding toilet frames, non-slip chemical treatments, stair or hallway handrails, paid home-safety consultations, or plumbing, electrical work, or remodeling.
