Frequently Asked Questions

Grab Bar Installation FAQ

Clear answers about the Justice supply model, product choices, mounting review, estimates, and service boundaries.

Does Justice supply the grab bars?
Yes. Justice supplies every grab bar it installs, including the approved mounting hardware, and professionally installs the approved selection.
Can I choose the style and finish?
Yes. You choose a product level, preferred finish, support area, configuration preference, and quantity. Justice chooses the exact approved product, size, hardware, and installation method.
Is every representative grab bar available?
No. Final availability depends on the approved product, wall construction, substrate, manufacturer instructions, mounting conditions, and ordering availability.
Can Justice decline a product or placement?
Yes. Justice may reject a product or placement when the product, wall, substrate, or mounting conditions do not permit safe installation.
Is a photo required?
No. Each estimate form accepts one optional photo. You can request an estimate without attaching one.
Can I coordinate installation for a parent remotely?
Yes. Share the service address, customer contact details, local coordination preference, and preferred contact method so Justice can follow up with the approved people.
How does pricing and specialty ordering work?
Posted prices are provisional estimate references. A specialty item can require a deposit disclosed before ordering, and Justice confirms final scope and pricing before work.
What does Justice not install or provide?
Justice does not install or provide customer-supplied grab bars, suction-cup handles, adhesive or peel-and-stick assist handles, unrated or unsupported products, transfer poles, shower seats, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, freestanding toilet frames, non-slip chemical treatments, stair or hallway handrails, paid home-safety consultations, or plumbing, electrical work, or remodeling.
