We Don't

  • Run new wiring or add circuits
  • Cut into walls, patch drywall, or paint
  • Any plumbing work
  • Troubleshoot why something stopped working
  • Repair existing fixtures (we replace, we don't fix)
  • Custom carpentry from raw lumber
  • Structural modifications of any kind
  • Anything not on the menu above

If your job is not on the menu, we are not the right call. That focus is what keeps quality high and prices fixed.

Good to know: A $49 booking / trip fee applies to every appointment and is credited toward your total. It is non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Add-on services must be booked alongside the primary service at the same visit. We do not provide new wiring, electrical troubleshooting, or structural modifications.

Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability insurance and operate as Justice Installations LLC, registered in Oklahoma. Oklahoma does not require a state contractor license for the scope of work we do (interior installations using existing wiring, mounting, and assembly). We choose to carry insurance and operate as an LLC anyway. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Do you come out for an estimate first?
No. That is by design. You send photos with your request and we send a fixed-price quote within one business day. No stranger walking your house, no waiting around for a sales pitch. If conditions in person differ significantly from the photos, we will pause and re-quote at no fault to you.
Do I need to buy the product before requesting a quote?
Yes. We install products you supply. We don't sell or source parts. Have your TV, fixture, fan, or device purchased and on-hand before your appointment.
What is the $49 booking fee?
A $49 booking and trip fee secures your appointment and is credited toward your final invoice. It is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Jobs over $300 require a 25% deposit at booking.
How long does a typical install take?
Most installs are completed in 60 to 90 minutes. More complex jobs like gallery walls or furniture assembly may take longer. We'll give you an estimated window at booking.
What happens if conditions don't match my request?
We require photos during intake to quote accurately. If the real job differs significantly from what was submitted, we may pause, re-quote, or reschedule at no fault to you.
Do you do electrical work or troubleshooting?
No. We replace fixtures and outlets at existing boxes only. We do not run new wiring, install new circuits, diagnose electrical problems, or perform structural modifications.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Late reschedules or same-day cancellations may result in the $49 booking fee being forfeited. Jobs over $300 also forfeit the 25% deposit. Contact us as early as possible.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Some services like our soundbar mount and cord cover add-ons are priced to stack with a primary service visit. For larger multi-job requests, reach out directly and we'll work with you.
How do I pay?
The $49 booking fee is collected upfront when you approve your quote. Jobs over $300 require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon job completion. We accept card payment through our secure online portal.
