Job offers arrive through Jobber. Accept the ones that fit your schedule, decline the ones that don't. No minimum volume required.
Marketing, booking, quoting, and customer payments are handled for you. Customers supply their own products. You do the install.
Every job is scoped and priced for a single installer, most in the 30 to 90 minute range. Work fast and clean, and your effective rate climbs.
This is 1099 contract work, not employment. You control how the work gets done and remain free to work for other companies, platforms, and your own customers.
On top of 60% of every standard service, you keep the entire haul-away add-on fee on every job where the customer buys it.
How selection works: qualified candidates complete one paid evaluation job at full contractor rates before joining the roster. We pay you to show us your work. Pass, and you are in.
